Training & Clinics
Quinte West Soccer Club will be hosting two referee clinics this year. If you are interested in becoming an OSA certified official, please sign up through the information in our referee tabs.
Small Sided Referee Clinic
The Small Sided Game Course is for those who would like to become an accredited referee on 7v7 games and are 12 years of age (by March 31, 2017) and older. By taking the course the referee is automatically registered for the 2016 season with the OSA and does not have to register again until the following year. Course accreditation is valid permanently, no re-accreditation on Small Sided Game (7v7) required. Individuals can search and apply to register in a course at
www.refcentre.com/ontario
.
Entry Level Referee Clinic
The Entry Level Referee Clinic is for those who would like to become an accredited referee and are 14 years of age (by March 31, 2017) and older. By taking the clinic a referee is automatically registered for the 2017 season with the OSA and does not have to register again until the following year. Individuals can search and apply to register in a clinic at
www.refcentre.com/ontario
Referee Information
Both clinics are subject to an entry fee and every official in Quinte West must wear a referee uniform. The uniform is available at the office for purchase. Due to the amount of interested referees, you will only be called if you have been selected to take the clinic. Once notified, you will have one week to pay for your clinic fee or we will move down the list to the next interested party.
Please visit the small sided or entry level tab for more clinic information.
